Talk to the quartermaster about fitting out your vessel

Whether an outfit needs a full systems integration programme, a single proven telemetry link, or a maintenance platform fitted around the way a crew already runs, the first leg is always a conversation. Write through the window below, ring the house phone, or set a course for the yard.

Because the yard does not run a toll house on this site, sending is handled safely by your own mail program. If that opens no mail window, the address below is ready for the message.

For a faster answer, ring the house line: +17755105742. HMSEndeavour answers on the Company clock, and every enquiry is logged at the provisions window.

Three questions the window answers first

How quickly could a survey begin?

A chandlery survey is booked once the first conversation has drawn the scope. For a regional operator in the Intermountain West a survey can often land within two weeks of an order; a distance programme may need to align two crews. The survey is the first booked leg, because no honest cost comes from thin air.

Do you work through existing maintenance engineers?

The Company fits comfortably alongside a crew that already maintains the floor. Rules are agreed up front so an operator owns and steers every delivered system, with the yard handing over the records, the dictionary of that system, and one taught handover session. After that, the platform answers to the operator, and the Company stands behind the programme it proved.

Does the fee change after the quote?

A quoted figure is held for the scope and station it names and does not move during the order. Should survey reveal a real change of scope, it is brought to the operator in a stamped change note with its effect on price and date shown plainly before any further work is done. Nothing is billed that was not first agreed in writing at the provisions window.
